Biography
I'm Documentation Architect for Advanced Solutions International, Inc. A Past President of STC Austin, I have an M.A. in English and have been performing and teaching technical communications for over 20 years; recently, I became certified in Instructional Design. Current focus is on optimizing documentation for agile development and globalization.
