Biography
I'm an API Technical Author for Telogis, previously Documentation Architect for Advanced Solutions International. A Past President of STC Austin, I have an M.A. in English and have been performing and teaching technical communications for over 20 years. I'm actively studying both programming and instructional technology, and I seek ways to optimize documentation for agile development, collaboration, and globalization.
