Great post! It sounds as if your team has some excellent procedures and communication channels set up. I'm also in an agile environment, and it works very well for us too. I wonder if all agile teams are as good?

In particular, I agree with your last point about the acknowledgement and candid analysis of mistakes made. It's so much easier to learn from history when that history happened in the past two weeks!

Busy Traveler

My team just completed its second sprint and the ability to narrow our focus calmed us and completely changed the atmosphere. If management can stand to let the process work, they will see enormous productivity and very happy employees.
